Online Counselling

This is for anyone who would like to meet with their counsellor online or virtually. This is also known as Telehealth Counselling or Psychotherapy. We offer online counselling for children, youth, adults, and families. You will meet with one of our counsellors online with our video platform for your counselling appointments.

Tessa has completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University, where she acquired experience working with adults 18-70 years of age with issues related to stress, anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship issues (family, friends, partners).

Tessa has a natural-born passion to help individuals navigate the unavoidable challenges life throws their way. Tessa believes that everyone deserves support as they make sense of their experiences, become aware of their strengths, and find personally meaningful ways to move forwards with their lives. Tessa is down to earth and her hope is to make clients feel comfortable and be their authentic selves.

Tessa approaches counselling from a collaborative, non-judgmental stance and uses modalities such as; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness.
