Online Counselling

This is for anyone who would like to meet with their counsellor online or virtually. This is also known as Telehealth Counselling or Psychotherapy. We offer online counselling for children, youth, adults, and families. You will meet with one of our counsellors online with our video platform for your counselling appointments.

Our team believes in having affordable counselling for everyone. This is why we have a lower-cost counselling program and offer reduced rates or discounted counselling for those in need or those who may not be able to afford counselling at the regular rate. These counselling sessions are provided by one of our intern associate counsellors and are held online via video counselling or over the phone. Our Intern Associate Counsellors have previous experience prior to their internship and hold a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) license with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Our intern associate counsellors receive supervision from Sarah Terwilligar, R.N., R.P. and are covered by insurance companies that cover counselling/ psychotherapy for Registered Psychotherapists.

Tessa has completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University, where she acquired experience working with adults 18-70 years of age with issues related to stress, anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship issues (family, friends, partners).

Tessa has a natural-born passion to help individuals navigate the unavoidable challenges life throws their way. Tessa believes that everyone deserves support as they make sense of their experiences, become aware of their strengths, and find personally meaningful ways to move forwards with their lives.
