In-Person & Virtual Appointments We offer in-person counselling at our Burlington and Ottawa locations, along with virtual counselling across Ontario. Several of our counsellors also offer phone appointments.

Meagan is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying).

She provides virtual and in-person individual counselling and couples therapy for teenagers (14+), adults, and older adults. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, navigating the effects of trauma, coping with grief, facing relationship challenges, or adjusting to life’s transitions, Meagan provides a supportive space to explore your experiences and work toward meaningful change.

Meagan believes in building a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel comfortable being themselves and supported throughout their journey. She takes a collaborative approach to therapy, recognizing that each person’s experiences, strengths, and goals are unique. Her hope is that clients leave sessions feeling understood, empowered, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges.

Meagan has an integrative approach to counselling that incorporates elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Attachment-Based Therapy, all through a trauma-informed lens.

Natasha is an intern therapist who offers a warm, supportive space for clients who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in their thoughts, or struggling in their relationships.

She works with many young women who experience anxiety, overthinking, and self-doubt. This can look like replaying conversations, worrying about saying the wrong thing, people-pleasing, or feeling unsure of yourself in friendships, dating, or family relationships.

Natasha takes a collaborative and client-centred approach, focusing first on building a strong, comfortable connection so therapy feels safe and manageable. She draws from CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy, and tailors sessions to fit each client’s needs and goals.

She also supports clients navigating grief and loss, offering a steady, non-judgmental space to process difficult emotions at your own pace.

Jenna is a Registered Psychotherapist, R.P. based out of Ottawa, Ontario. Jenna works both in person, in Ottawa, and online virtually for anyone in Ontario.

Following a Health at Every Size (HAES) mindset, Jenna uses an eclectic, and spiritually inclusive, approach to working with people who feel that they are not living in alignment with their values.
