Our team believes in having affordable counselling for everyone. This is why we have a lower-cost counselling program and offer reduced rates or discounted counselling for those in need or those who may not be able to afford counselling at the regular rate. These counselling sessions are provided by one of our intern associate counsellors and are held online via video counselling or over the phone. Our Intern Associate Counsellors have previous experience prior to their internship and hold a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) license with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Our intern associate counsellors receive supervision from Sarah Terwilligar, R.N., R.P. and are covered by insurance companies that cover counselling/ psychotherapy for Registered Psychotherapists.

Audrey Rutter
(She/Her/Hers) MSW

Audrey Rutter is a Registered Social Worker (MSW). Audrey offers individual counselling sessions to youth (16 years old and up) and adults. Her focus is on helping individuals struggling with disordered relationships with food and self-image, gender identity, suicidal ideation, trauma, low mood, and anxiety. Audrey’s services are both in-person in Burlington, Ontario and online counselling for anyone in Ontario.

Please note that Social Workers are HST Exempt, therefore, the price listed for their services has no HST added at checkout.

Lauren Weake Registered Psychotherapist (Quallifying)

Lauren is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Intern Psychotherapist specializing in helping youth and young adults (ages 12-30) navigate anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, life transitions, depression, and relationship issues.

With an approach that blends Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and ACT, Lauren creates a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. She values collaboration and works alongside clients to explore challenges and develop practical strategies for growth.

Lauren is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and holds an Honours BA in Psychology from Brock University.
